The 2022 vintage in Beaujolais is looking to be outstanding across the board. We've consistently bought the Daniel Bouland wines from 2018, with a relatively broad retrospective on Bouland vintages; it's exciting to be able to pick apart the intricate details in Bouland's wines; with a pattern of homogeneity that is always present, and that's not just in their raw quality that they shine; its the lithe, lifted quality to the fruit that doesn't sacrifice weight and structure, glorious blue fruits, violets and importantly they're always delicious.
