Champagne Rosé is the most evocative wine in the fridge. It glows a beguiling pale pink with a fine stream of bubbles. And when the cork is popped, savoury berry compote flavours emerge, creating a head-spinning delight!

If you love bubbles, we’ll have some of the best Champagne Rosés on tasting in our next Gourmet Traveller Wine tasting on Monday 9 December 2019. Join us for a rare opportunity to taste the best of the best in the one room, there’ll be about 20 of the ‘Star Performers’ judged by Australia’s sharpest palates.

Gather your friends and work colleagues to toast your achievements of 2019. And if you need to choose your Christmas Champagne, special prices will also be available for all orders placed on the night.  

There’ll be a diverse range of styles on offer, ranging from the bigger names to Grower Champagnes. Taste, enjoy and ask away – we’ll have knowledgeable staff pouring. With a glass in hand, you can taste through the different styles and judge for yourself.

We’ll have cheese from the cave at the Spring Street Cheese Cellar and house-made charcuterie from our in-house butcher Simon Poole, of Butchers Diner.
