The decadent champagnes of Billecart-Salmon are renowned worldwide as the perfect celebratory bubbles. Their most famous wine, the non-vintage rosé, is treasured by many – used to honour life’s best moments – births, weddings and anniversaries.

Founded in 1818 with the marriage of Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, the house was considered a standout during the 19th century.  Still family owned, these founding names can be found on their Prestige Cuvées: Cuvée Nicolas François Brut and Cuvée Elisabeth Salmon Rosé.

Located in the town of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, the Billecart style is synonymous for grace and refinement.  With vineyard holdings throughout the Champagne region, Billecart has recently broadened their stable to include a Blanc de Blancs and Vintage Cuvée, complementing their already impressive line-up.
