On Tuesday 6 February, our new sister venue Recoleta will play host to a Mosel, Rhine and Swine dinner celebrating the ‘match made in heaven’ pairing of riesling and pork (more specifically, pig on a spit). On hand to engage in some lively banter from the Mosel will be Kaddi Starker from Heymann-Löwenstein and Ernie Loosen from Dr Loosen, whilst in the Rhine corner will be Theresa Breuer from Georg Breuer and Johannes Hasselbach from Gunderloch. Our butcher Simon Poole will man the spit as head chef Peter Sheldon plates up a four course menu based around the spit. Wines to be served on the evening as follows:
