A dinner titled ‘Heart, Land and Sea’ anchors a menu with matched wines that celebrate the vinous and gastronomic wonders of New Zealand. Hosted by New Zealand Master of Wine Stephen Wong, who will chat though a line-up of hand-picked wines to complement a Kiwi-inspired menu designed and delivered by acclaimed Melbourne chef and French Saloon partner Ian Curley.
Choose from a Saturday dinner or Sunday lunch, each featuring a different line-up of wines and menu using high quality produce sourced from New Zealand.
