| CLONAKILLA DINNER WITH TIM KIRK, WEDNESDAY 12 JUNE |
As a side step from the lauded Clonakilla shiraz viognier that consistently takes top honours as one of Australia’s best reds, winemaker Tim Kirk will host a dinner showcasing wines that are only ever seen at his cellar door.
Intrigued? Kirk’s curious mind has led to the creation of wines such as the Ceoltoiri (gsm), a cabernet blend Ballinderry, as well as an auslese riesling and a very fine chardonnay which Halliday awarded 96 points to its previous vintage.
Matched to a four course meal prepared by our head chef Ian Curley, our principal wine buyer Chris Broughton has also organized a few wines to complement the Clonakillas including a Rostaing Cote Rotie as well as a very special white burgundy.
Tickets are limited, please call Prue on the number below with your credit card details to secure your booking
